Charlotte

​

Charlotte, also known as "The Queen City", is the 15th largest city in the U.S. and second to NY as a financial capital. It is home to many wonderful attractions and cultural activities and certainly has something for everyone:

Davidson

​

Davidson is located 22 miles north of Charlotte on the southeast border of Lake Norman. It's a charming Norman Rockwell setting with a soda shop, quaint galleries, antique shops, coffee shops as well as one-of-a-kind restaurants. This small town is also the home of top-notch university, Davidson College, with notable alumns Steph Curry and Woodrow Wilson. In the heart of the town lies bicycle and pedestrian-friendly Main Street. Davidson also boasts family-friendly greenways and bike paths throughout.

Cornelius

​

Located 17 miles to the north of Charlotte, this small town community is on the south eastern part of Lake Norman, the largest lake in North Carolina.  Cornelius is a community of roughly 27,000 where lake living is the focus. Boating, sailing, kayaking, lakeside restaurants and parks are all part of this vibrant family-friendly area.

Huntersville

​

Just 15 minutes north of Charlotte, this community of approx. 54,000 is located on the southern border of Lake Norman. It boasts lake living, dynamic shopping, and historical attractions. Birkdale Village is an outdoor shopping village with shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Latta Plantation and Rural Hill are historic sites with nature preserves and gorgeous grounds that can be toured. This suburb of Charlotte is convenient for working in the city and living in a smaller community.

Main St., Davidson, NC

Mooresville​

​

The town of Mooresville is 27 miles north of Charlotte on the northeastern border of Lake Norman and known for its great schools. It's home to several companies supporting the racing industry. NASCAR and Indy racing teams have earned the town the nickname "Race City USA".  Lowe's Corporate Headquarters and the NASCAR Technical Institute are both located here.

Concord​
 

Concord is 20 miles northeast of Charlotte. It is the home of top tourist destinations, including NASCAR's Charlotte Motor Speedway, NASCAR Hall of Fame and Concord Mills Mall. 

Denver

​

This charming small town borders the west side of Lake Norman and is north of Charlotte 26 miles. This is a rural community that is visibly growing with new residential construction and amenties. The town offers lake community activities and golf course living.

Mountain Island Lake

​

This beautiful area lies just outside of Huntersville and only 15 minutes north of Charlotte. This makes it a great location for those working in the heart of Charlotte, while desiring a peaceful living environment and lakeside living. This deep water lake can be used for all the boating activities with significantly less traffic. Nearby tourist attractions, Latta Plantation and the Carolina Raptor Center are great assets to this community.
